I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and currently work as a Junior Structural Technologist at Vawda Engineers. With hands-on experience in both structural and site-based roles, I am eager to apply my growing skill set.

At Vawda Engineers, I have been responsible for interpreting architectural layouts and translating them into accurate structural layouts with sectional elevations. My work includes detailing strip footings, columns, and attenuation tanks, as well as preparing general arrangement layouts for steel structures. I’ve also gained practical experience in producing bending schedules. This role has sharpened my technical proficiency, particularly in AutoCAD, and deepened my understanding of structural systems and detailing requirements.

Previously, during my time at Suncity Resort, I served as a Resident Engineer where I supported the daily management of on-site construction activities. I gained valuable experience in project coordination, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. These roles have helped me develop strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

My academic background complements my professional experience, with solid grounding in structural design and analysis, transportation design, and water engineering. I am confident that this combination of education and hands-on work will allow me to make a meaningful contribution.
