Job Description
Our team is currently seeking to fill the Negotiations Consultant role(s). Negotiations are a critical step in the debt review process, where we negotiate with credit providers to improve the financial position of our clients. The Negotiations consultant role requires highly energetic individual(s) who will interact frequently with both credit providers and clients. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team environment and must be highly motivated, customer-focused and analytical. The candidate is expected to know all the in-house software programs; and be efficient in administration and query resolution. Other necessary training (e.g. legal documents) will be provided as required.
Key responsibilities:
• Providing the best financial position for our clients by:
1. Successfully negotiating with credit providers on all Debt Counselling accounts.
2. Providing solutions and advice to clients’ financial problems, specifically with regard to assets and accounts not eligible for Debt Counselling.
3. Efficiently managing the life cycle of the client from when you accept the client in your pipeline through to assigning the client to legal.
4. Providing the client with financial protection on their debt with the help of Credit Insurance.
5. Providing the client with financial security on their income and household expenses with the help of Life Cover Insurance.
6. Ensuring time from Accepted to Assigned to legal is within standard company and industry SLA’s
Act as an intermediary between credit providers and clients
Delivering high client satisfaction to all stakeholders by:
1. Ensuring the client experience is of highest quality whilst the client is with you.
2. Supporting both client and credit provider throughout the negotiations process.
3. Establishing, building and maintaining effective relationships with credit providers and internal stakeholders.
4. Ensuring work done is done with precision and high quality.

Must have completed a Degree in either Finance / BAdmin / Science / Law
