Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Monitor and manage IT helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and optimize systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
