I am Shakiera Afrika a passionate LLB graduate from the University of Free State, with a proven track record of dedication and excellence. Currently honing my skills as an IFA intern at GCI, I thrive in dynamic environments and embrace challenges with enthusiasm. I am passionate about empowering women and advocating for justice and fairness in all my endeavors. I take immerse pride in my work and strive to make a positive impact wherever I go.
My journey includes diverse experiences, from guiding students as a teaching assistant at Reiger Park Secondary to representing my university on prestigious platforms such as FCOM Vice Prime, SAWLA Media and Marketing Officer, Peer Mentor and as a participant in the international Willem C Vis moot court competition.
Additionally, I’ve contributed to the academic discourse by serving as an Assistant at the 7th and 8th International Mercantile Law Conferences. My proactive approach, coupled with a passion for continuous learning, drives me to excel in every endeavor.
