• Ensuring vehicles are not delayed on route and at stores for improved vehicle turns. • Monitor and investigate vehicle movement, location stoppages and off route • Ensure all reports required by operations and other departments correctly compiled. • Ensure all faulty tracking units are escalated to service providers for repairs. • Assisting with breakdowns and accidents and escalate to relevant parties to attend. • Attending store queries reported by drivers and escalate to the call centre • Monitor tracking systems and manage exceptions and any other irregularities • Perform other rolling in duties assigned by management from time to time. • Maintain relations with the customer by providing urgent assistance required. • Ensure all alarms/events received are actioned effectively and accordingly as per SOP
