My Name is Hayden Butler, I’m a 27 year old from Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal.

I have just completed my Undergraduate through UNISA in Bcom Supply Chain Management.

My work experience consists of managing a retail shop in Hillcrest for 2 years, in doing this job, I realized that I could be far more effective in the Supply Chain than in the front of house. I have a passion for optimizing systems and hope to join a company that can use my services.

I love being active (which has been tough due to the Covid 19 pandemic). I play football for a local club as well as keeping myself busy with mental tasks (Sudoku, crosswords etc)

I started at Deeghuys Hillcrest starting as a cashier as a part time job during COVID 19, my willingness to learn as well as catching on to tasks very quickly has escalated me into a managerial role within the shop in a full time position.

A few points on my  previous portfolio at Deeghuys are as follows:

Customer service
Maintaining wholesale client relationship
Complete control and understanding of the POS system from front end to back end
Stock control (ordering, GRVing onto the system, stock takes, product placement etc)
Opening and closing the shop
In charge of cash up, banking cash, cash float etc

My position covers a wide variety of different aspects in the business and has allows my to learn and grow tremendously over the past year. I now know my worth and match with my ambition and energy I feel like I could be an asset to any company regardless of what field they cover as I am willing to learn.
