Work & Experience
Ensure raw materials' safety, quality, and compliance by performing tests and inspections to uphold industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies. Inspect and grade raw materials upon receipt and ensure products conform to specifications. Ensure all processed vegetables are graded according to the required pre-bulk and mixing specifications at hourly intervals. Document inspection results, test data, and observations accurately, ensuring comprehensive records of quality control activities are maintained. Implement processes to ensure correct grading and traceability labels are applied to totes or crates. Ensure the products packed into various SKUs meet specification and BOM requirements. Ensure that all Critical Care Points (CCPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are adhered to. Ensure traceability of bulk and packed products and attend to all non-conformances appropriately Implement and follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols. Monitor sanitation practices and hygiene standards throughout the facility. Participate in the investigation and resolution of food safety incidents.
