Ferdinand is a Candidate Legal Practitioner at Le Roux Vivier Attorneys that is based in Johannesburg, Northcliff. His focus is on civil litigation with extensive exposure in the field on corporate law where he interacts with a wide range of clientele from banks, insurance companies, airports and property developers and managing estate agents to name a few. Ferdinand has a major interest in intellectual property law as he is currently pursuing an LLM in Intellectual Property law with the hope of eventually tapping into the market. Ferdinand has also been exposed to commercial law which includes ensuring general compliance, dispute resolution, contract drafting and making of addendums and settlement agreements. Ferdinand has worked with notable clients in a diverse range of sectors, including corporate governance, business restructure, insolvency, debt recovery, technology, media and telecommunication, regulatory compliance, unlawful competition, trusts and trustees which includes clients in other African countries such as Mauritius where we advised on the concept of a Trust Protector in the Mauritius Trust Law.
