I work as an independent contractor for Proud Kids. My role at the company is to conduct online English lessons with Chinese students, ranging from 4-12 years of age.

In this role, I had the opportunity to tutor second-year undergraduate students in the field of Organisational Psychology, focusing on Human Resource Management. Responsibilities included facilitating in-person tutorial sessions, weekly online meetings that provided students the opportunity to query work-related tasks, as well as communicating with academic staff, and marking of assignments and examinations within a deadline.

Working in the service industry, I gained valuable skills such as adaptability in a fast-paced environment, improved communication skills with colleagues and customers, as well as teamwork and multitasking.
