Reasons for leaving: End of contract Responsibilities •Request payments to government and private institutions as per invoice and instruction received. •Review invoices and discharge forms to ensure they are correctly coded, properly authorized, and there are no overpayments or duplicate payments. •Checking accuracy and validity of expenditure Authorization requested by legal cost officers for plaintiff attorneys and batching the payments to finance for approval. •Ensuring all capital payments comply with the agreed payments terms or court order. •Batching Capital, legal cost and expert payments to finance to approve and make payments. •Liaising with internal and external Stake holders to obtain documentation needed to make payments as per RAF policy. •Check and prevent duplicate payments. •Compiling payment reports. •Ensuring compliance to all relevant regulatory requirements. •Follow up on delayed or pending payments. •Attend to queries from both internal and external stakeholders. •Ensuring all required documentation is available, accurate and valid before batching payments.
