• Supported first year students with transitioning to university, through encouraging them to join societies. • Offered academic and emotional support to first year students, leading to a positive educational experience. • Provided quality feedback and resolutions to first year students enquiries, enhancing my experience in being able to become client-focused. • Played a pivotal role in providing tools in making first year students become a better version of themselves, thereby positively impacting their university experience.
