I train through processes like: Assembly, CNC machining, Quality and Inspection, Design and Planning, Welding, Manual Machinery, SAGE, Maintenance and Hoist Operations. Assembly - it was more about assemblying components that make up the product we were sellling. CNC machining - I was trained how to operate and setting both a turning and milling cnc machines. Also understand how their programs work in order to push production. Quality and Inspection - I was trained how to do the finish ends on some of the products they are selling such as cleaning, applying touch-up paint. Creating tags, assemblying final components. Furthermore I would use a standardized book that shows me what dimensions are supposed to relate to the product. Design and Planning - Under design its about doing regular sketches that are in 2D and 3D modelling, do simulation and do Prototypes. Under planning its more about understanding how to use Sage X3 and it's applications. Welding - I just briefly learned different methods of welding like robotic welding, arc welding, and gas welding (co2). Manual Machinery - I only learned how to use a lathe machine for round objects for their products. Maintenance - it was all about learning how to tackle some of the machine problems the company had, even it wasn't all of them. Hoist Operations - its about using a hoist that is 500 kg or less in order to move components around in the factory.

To create Bill of materials for production, procurement and sales departments. To create drawings of products for customers. To participate in various innovative projects. To create/ perform engineering changes, revisions and bom revisions to codes and drawings. To investigate problems related to machinery and production processes. To temporarily visit out of office sites for investigate purposes.
