We are a leading law firm in Johannesburg seeking a motivated and talented Candidate Attorney to join our dynamic Corporate & Commercial Law team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, working alongside experienced partners and associates.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, such as shareholder agreements, sale of business agreements, and service contracts;
Conducting legal research on complex corporate and commercial matters;
Supporting senior lawyers with due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions;
Providing legal advice to clients on a range of corporate governance issues;

We are looking for a candidate who:

Holds an LLB degree;
Is a Candidate Attorney with the Law Society of South Africa;
Has a strong academic record and a keen interest in corporate and commercial law;
Possesses excellent analytical and research skills;
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
