Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models to support M&A, IPOs, and other corporate finance transactions.
Due Diligence: Conduct financial and commercial due diligence on target companies.
Pitch Books: Prepare pitch books and presentations for clients.
Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of financial transactions, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for investment banking and a desire to learn and grow.
